Hi, I’m Phuong, the founder and head coach of Vital Movement Hospitality. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years and in gyms for over 13 years.
There were times I trained clients at 6am - 10am, then made my way to my waitressing job at noon for a double shift (and of course I stayed for knock offs), so I know and understand what a long day looks and feels like.
I have a deep understanding of movement and mobility, and I’ve made it my mission to help hospo legends move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
