What it includes
45minute sessions delivered through Zoom or in person (Barossa Valley only)
Personalised training program customised to your goals and capabilities
Initial movement screen
Real-time feedback on training techniques and form to ensure proper and correct training
Real-time program or exercise changes to suit your needs in the moment (hey, we’re only human, and sometimes things come up eg. niggles, tiredness or your head just isn’t in it)
Flexible scheduling; train at a time that fits your hospo schedule (think before/after work, or on your lunch break)
