Vital Movement Hospitality is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in the Services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Online Coaching and Programs
4.1 Delivery
Online coaching and fitness programs may include, but are not limited to:
Pre-recorded videos
Written programs and guides
Live or pre-recorded online sessions
Email or platform-based support
Delivery methods and inclusions will be outlined at the time of purchase.
4.2 No Guaranteed Results
Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or health results.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Online Coaching
Cancellation or rescheduling policies for online coaching sessions will be outlined at the time of booking or in your service agreement.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
